Nice! did you use the cloud render effect to create the mist?
That hue is perfect, but I think the overlayed image prominent at the bottom is a bit distracting
only because it's in such sharp contrast with the focal point..

hha thanks alot man the photo itself was pretty misty but i brought up the levels and then really went into depth in the chanel mixer and then perfected the color with selective color and only messed with the neutral colors and tried to really bright out the white...then i made a new layer and added clouds and made the clouds have a slight teal color with the hue/saturation and added noise and made more clouds just black and white and added some motion blurs to it...and then finally set a photo of some bushes i took and set them in overlay and took down the fill...haha for photoshop 7 by the way

haha yes you got it all down! you have a good eye man...but i use alot of clouds in all of my pictures but i actually experimented with the channel mixer and it seemed to really bring out the mist...and alot of motion blurs in clashing directions on the clouds and noise....but i wanted to add the sharp contrast just because i like a lsence of confusion in my works...

hmm, one little tip that i found (just recently) it like if you add just a simple 2px black border it makes things look so much better, cause it seem to just flow.. ah well, just try and see...
